RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, guidance, and communication while overseeing all aspects of Facility Management, examples of some duties are:
• Working to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
• Assess resident satisfaction through continued personal interactions. Monitor and identify areas of concern regarding residents’ well-being and suitability to reside in the Facility.
• Develop and maintain staff that provides quality service and ensures resident satisfaction.
• Assures adherence to all health services systems so that the health needs of the residents are consistently addressed.
• Interpret, implement, comply with, and effectively enforce Facility practices consistent with Company policies as well as the applicable laws.
This position requires a person to be excellent with time management and multi tasking in a very busy quick physical moving day. High energy is very important. This position requires a person to be on their feet most of the day very little sitting in a chair, if any. This position requires all tasks and responsibilities, when done individually, after given instructions, to be reviewed by an Executive Director to insure the importance of all caring and paperwork done correctly and per State Regulations. This means a person must be willing to be a team player to allow this procedure of this review to be done. This could be for several months. Patience is extremely important. This person must follow all instructions with a positive attitude under the strict guidance of our executive director’s constant monitoring for every single task. This position requires a person to be willing to work early in the morning and perhaps stay late.
In order to be an Administrator, you must meet the Department of Social Services (DSS) requirements as set forth by the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE).
